GABE acted as Principal Contractor for refurbishment works at UBN 93. The scope included site establishment, environmental protection measures, and fully encapsulated scaffolding. The works also covered surface preparation, grit blasting, waterproofing, and application of a complete protective paint system. GABE delivered the project in liaison with Irish Rail and the Environmental Protection Agency. The works concluded with scaffold removal, final touch-ups, and handover of the Health and Safety File.
